We offer programming for athletes from ages 8 and up. Read about our training groups below.Junior Development Squad
Our Grades 3-8 program focuses on teaching young runners how to train while embracing the motto, “do your best and don’t worry about the rest.” Our primary goal is to instill a lifelong love for running from a young age. Athletes in this group have the flexibility to train up to three times per week, year-round if they wish.

School Success: Our JDS club athletes excel at school track & field and cross-country meets, providing them with a strong sense of achievement.

Representing Toronto West Athletics: Athletes in this age group have the opportunity to proudly represent Toronto West Athletics at local and provincial-level track & field and cross country events, year-round.

Middle School Transition: Athletes in Grades 7 and 8 will benefit from a training program geared to preparing them for a successful transition to a high school training environment.

High School Program
Our high school program is for dedicated runners striving for excellence. Athletes train six days a week, including three in-person group practices. Each athlete follows a custom-designed training plan to match their goals. Our athletes consistently excel on their high school track & field and cross-country teams, regularly achieving success at OFSAA.

- Impressive Achievements: Our high school athletes don’t just stop at the provincial level; they also have the chance to compete at selected competitions at the provincial, national, and international levels. Our top athletes proudly represent Canada at prestigious events like the World Junior Track and Field, PanAm Junior Track and Field, and North America Central America Caribbean Association Junior Cross-country Championships.
