Introducing “It’s a TWAP” (Toronto West Athletics Parents @torontowestathletics). 8 parents ran the Ragnar Cottage Country Trail Relay. ~200km run in ~8km legs, 3 per 8 team members. As a team with a fast seed time, they started with the last wave of teams at 4:30. With some impressive racing, they finished in 19:59:57, first masters team and 6th overall! Trail running in the dark with headlamps takes some getting used to! Great to have the kids out cheering on the parents for a change.
